As my first post, I am proud to showcase the Los Santos Fire Department's Fast Response Vehicles!
The Fast Response Vehicles are housed in the Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) Unit and are crewed by TEMS personnel, who are specially trained LSFD firefighter/paramedics.
TEMS personnel are available 24/7 to support LSPD SWAT and LSSD SEB in their day-to-day operations. When not training or supporting the two agencies' tactical teams, TEMS personnel crew an ambulance or the FRV.
As of this post, the department has two FRVs in service citywide with more on the way, which provide a flexible, multi-mission resource to respond to fire and emergency medical service calls. FRVs have proven to decrease response times and improve operational efficiency.
I'm proud to serve as the Unit Commander of the Tactical Emergency Medical Support Unit, proud of every member within my unit who consistently gives their best even in highly dangerous situations while assisting the world's finest tactical teams. I'm equally proud to collaborate with the elite members of both the LSPD and LSSD.
